Pieology Fullerton

Next stop: Fullerton, California – home to the original Pieology, founded in 2011. Entrusted with restyling the OG Pieology’s design in a way that would allow it individuality while also staying within Pieology’s unique brand guidelines, we decided to draw inspiration from the location itself. With its rich history, the city of Fullerton gave us a plethora of material to source from. Through photography, we highlighted its notable brick buildings, classic lit-up signs, and the still-functioning historic Santa Fe Railway. Of course, we couldn’t pass up the chance to showcase the iconic palm trees found in abundance in Fullerton, as well as most of Southern California. Vibrant shades of orange, blue, and yellow were strategically used to draw the eye in and guide its gaze from one focal point to the next. Paying homage to its status as the first-ever Pieology, we incorporated CEO Carl Chang and a custom wooden sign with the original Pieology logo to emphasize both the restaurant and its birth city’s histories. With this project completed, we created a unique, fun space for Fullerton. We invite you to ogle the rejuvenated space below!
